CON QuestCosplay and convention community
A small team in Texas

Meet the people behind CON Quest.

We are a small Texas team that cares about cosplay, conventions, and the people who make those spaces feel welcoming. We built CON Quest because we wanted a simpler way to find events, make plans, and stay connected.

We are not trying to build a crowd and then disappear. We want to stay close to the community, hear what is working, fix what is not, and make the app more useful over time.

Why we built CON Quest

The idea started after years of going to conventions across Texas. Important information was often spread across event sites, social posts, Discord servers, group texts, and word of mouth. Meeting people could also be difficult, especially when you came alone or did not already know a large group.

Jeremy kept hearing the same needs while attending cons as a cosplayer, guest, judge, creator, and interviewer. People wanted an easier way to find conventions, organize a crew, meet other fans, and keep up with plans during the weekend.

That became CON Quest. Jeremy shaped the idea around life on the convention floor. Sean helped turn it into a company and leads operations. Daniel built the mobile apps, website, and systems that keep everything working. The ambassadors help us stay connected to the people the app is for.

We started in Texas because it is our home. We want to learn here first, grow carefully, and bring the app to more communities without losing the personal feeling that made us build it.

Founder

Jeremy Ogden

“I wanted one place that made a convention weekend easier.”

Jeremy founded CON Quest after spending years in the Texas cosplay and convention community. He has attended events as a cosplayer, guest, competition judge, content creator, host, panel moderator, and interviewer.

Those different roles gave him a close look at how people plan conventions and where things become difficult. His goal is to build something that helps both experienced cosplayers and people walking into their first con.
