Child safety: zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

CON-Quest Cosplay LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Even though CON-Quest is restricted to adults age 18 and older, we prohibit any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, or otherwise endangers a child.

Users may not create, upload, share, request, solicit, store, distribute, link to, or promote CSAM. Grooming, sextortion, child sex trafficking, sexualization of minors, and attempts to move a child to another service for exploitation are prohibited.

• Report content or an account using the in-app flag or Report control, or email conquestapp@outlook.com.
• We promptly restrict access to reported material while it is reviewed, remove prohibited content, and suspend or permanently ban responsible accounts.
• When we become aware of confirmed CSAM, we preserve required evidence and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate law-enforcement authority as required by applicable law.
• We cooperate with lawful investigations and take steps intended to prevent repeat violations.

Be an adult on the floor

Treat people like humans, not content. No harassment, stalking, threats, slurs used to attack someone, or sexual comments aimed at a person who did not ask for them. “It was just a joke” is not a defense.

Consent is the rule

Ask before photos. Ask before touching a costume. Ask before adding someone to a clan or meetup. If they say no, stop. If they walk away, that is a no.

Meetups and Radar

Meetups are user-created. CON-Quest does not screen who shows up. Share a public lobby location, not your hotel room or home address. Cosplay Radar is opt-in. If you turn visibility on, other users near your chosen area may find you. Turn it off when you do not want to be found.

Tea Room

Tea Room posts can display an anonymous nickname. We still know the account behind the post for safety. Tea Room is for warnings and community talk, not revenge, fake accusations, or posting someone’s real name, phone, address, or workplace. Do not use it to organize harassment.

Content you may not post

• Sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, including fiction and AI
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
• Grooming, sextortion, child sex trafficking, or other conduct that exploits or endangers a minor
• Non-consensual intimate images
• Doxxing, revenge posts, or “expose” threads with private info
• Scams, fake vendor pages, or phishing
• Malware, spam, or mass unsolicited DMs
• Impersonating CON-Quest, a convention, or another user

Blocking, reporting, and bans

Use Block. Use Report. If you decline or block someone, they move to your blocked list until you unblock them. We can remove content, suspend accounts, or ban you. We do not have to give a public explanation.

Conventions are not ours

Listing a con does not mean we run it, endorse it, or speak for it. Follow that venue’s rules. We can remove a listing or a meetup that creates a safety problem.
