End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective September 10, 2026
This EULA is a license to use the CON-Quest mobile app and website. It is not a sale of the software.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CON-Quest for your own lawful, 18+ use. You may not copy, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or wrap the app in another product.
Account
One person, one account. One username per email. You are responsible for your login. Usernames and core profile fields may be locked after account creation. Do not share an account.
Ownership
CON-Quest Cosplay LLC owns the app, the name CON-Quest, the site, the design, and the code. You keep the rights in content you post, and you grant us a license to host, display, and moderate that content so the product can run.
Stores
If you downloaded CON-Quest from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores’ rules also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and are not responsible for the app.
Acceptable use
You will follow the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. We can suspend or terminate the license if you do not.
Updates
We can update, change, pause, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
Disclaimer of warranty
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
Limit of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY TEXAS LAW, CON-QUEST COSPLAY LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP OR SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $50.
Termination
We can end this license at any time if you break it. You can delete your account. Some records we must keep for legal or safety reasons.
Texas law
Texas law governs this EULA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is the state courts of Texas, unless a different forum is required by Apple, Google, or applicable law.
